"Great service from reservation to arrival to departure. The boat was really brand new and a great boat. The operating manual was well put together with pictures and explanations in detail making it easy as a reference. All necessary items were on board. We called once for service assistance as the AC lines had to have the air bled from the lines, was able to get easy help on the phone (provided Lime mobile) and fixed the issue easily, in just a few minutes. Sailing characteristics were good, the boat was solid in the wind and once moving it tracked well. At slow speeds the high freeboard had to be managed with respect to the wind, however that high freeboard gave excellent below deck headroom and accomodations so well worth it.
