On Thursday, November 3, Team #PortAuthorityJa joined the Kingston Freeport Terminal Limited for the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the 19 newest additions to their Straddle Carrier Fleet! Here's a quick recap of the event.

Straddle carriers are used to move and stack containers, and play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of domestic and transshipment operations. They will be deployed to help boost productivity here at the #PortOfKingston.

The acquisition of these straddle carriers, which are valued at over US$20 million, represents another phase of #KFTL’s comprehensive investment plan to expand and upgrade services at the terminal.
